James Porter Crosby

CROSBY, JAMES PORTER, 62, passed away September 27, 2005 at home surrounded by family, after a long illness. Mr. Crosby entered the Army in 1961 and served three years. He retired from Bellsouth after 36 years of service. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, whom he loved and depended upon, Flora L. Crosby; his four children, Tanya Wiebe (Wes), Patricia Tatum (Glenn), Roy Davis (Jeff Kozak), Sylvia Crosby (Terry Poole); and eight grandchildren that he loved dearly, Amanda Wiebe, Madison Wiebe, Brandon Wiebe, Michael Evans (Brandi), J.T. Evans, Reese Carpenter, Jackie Wright, Samantha Poole, and one great grandchild due in April by Michael and Brandi. Also survived by three siblings Jean Crosby, Sylvia Welch, Jay Crosby. Two brothers-in-law and wives, Donald (Rhonda) Leske, Raymond (Jean) Menendez; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Ronald Crosby.

Funeral Services will be Sunday at 12 Noon in the Chapel of Woodlawn Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 10AM until the time of service. Services by WOODLAWN MEMORIAL PARK & FUNERAL HOME. 407-293-1361.
