      I still have the mounted fish in our guest bedroom. At eleven years old, I signed a certificate saying that I would from hereafter only catch and release sailfish. But alas, the only fresh food we ever got on Wake Island, Pacific was the fish and lobster we caught daily. Everything else came in ready to eat meals or frozen. We ate fresh tuna, wahoo, marlin, dolphin (the fish), and bonita. Our fish was always cleaned and eaten the same day.
